1. No Cancellation & No Refund

   • Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded due to the sacred nature of prasad.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

   • If the order is not delivered within 21 days, a full refund will be issued along with complimentary coupons as compensation.

   • If we are unable to fulfill an order due to logistical constraints, a full refund will be processed within 7 days.

   • Refunds will only be credited to the original mode of payment and may take up to 7 working days to reflect in the user’s account.

3. Incorrect Address

   • If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, no refund or replacement will be provided.

   • Customers are requested to double-check their address details before order confirmation to avoid issues.

4. Delivery Issues

   • Customers should check their email inbox and spam folder for order updates.

   • In case of any discrepancy in the received order, customers must reach out within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
