   ShreePrasad delivers prasad from various Hindu temples across India to customers’ doorsteps. Our employees visit temples, purchase prasad upon order confirmation, and, to increase quantity, mix it with laddus bought from local shops. We ensure that the prasad is sourced with utmost devotion and care.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

   • Orders take 7 to 15 days to be delivered depending on temple visit schedules and logistics.

   • All order updates, including confirmation and tracking, are sent via email and reflected on the website.

   • If an order is not delivered within 21 days, the customer receives a full refund along with complimentary coupons as compensation for the delay.

   • If an incorrect delivery address is provided, ShreePrasad is not responsible for non-delivery, refund, or replacement.

   • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, or temple closures may affect the estimated delivery date.

3. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

   • No cancellation, refund, or return is permitted after successful order placement.

   • Once delivered, the prasad cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances to maintain sanctity and hygiene.

   • If we are unable to fulfill an order due to operational issues, a full refund will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.

   • Customers are requested to check their spam folder for email notifications regarding order updates and refunds.

   • Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7 working days from the date of approval.

4. User Responsibility

   • Users must ensure that the delivery address entered is correct and complete.

   • By placing an order, users acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

   • Any fraudulent transactions or misuse of the platform will lead to immediate action, including order cancellation and legal consequences.
